Com­ment with your arti­cle title is a good idea but many blogs dosen’t accept comment which have got more than 4 keywords in name field

Using the name of your post as your name in comments may help you get more visitors but it surely seems to be a bit spammy.

I’ve always stayed away from #4 because I never want to sound spammy but I guess it makes sense to mention your post if it’s relevant. Although I’ve never been big on blog commenting I am starting to participate more in the blog community and I already see better results than I expected.

I usually look for blogs with keywordluv and commentluv installed, because it helps me promote my latest blog post and also use my real name and keyword in the name field.
