Our New Site Proves Creating a Unique Blog Isn’t As Hard As You Think

Since the begin­ning of Blo­gus­sion in Decem­ber 2008, pro­vid­ing amaz­ing con­tent has been cen­tral to the goals of the blog.  I have seen this hap­pen both as reader and now as a part­ner.  The most impor­tant part of every con­ver­sa­tion about the blog always revolves around the ques­tion, “How can we con­tinue to pro­vide use­ful resources for our read­ers?”  With this focus we have pro­duced some amaz­ing arti­cles, a guide to blog­ging, and now a new site.

We present to our read­ers, our new guide to cre­at­ing a unique blog.  With a focus on how to cre­ate a blog that stands out from the crowd, this new resource for our read­ers will be both both an learn­ing and teach­ing com­mu­nity.  In effort to pro­vide great con­tent and help our read­ers share what they know with each other we know UniqueBlog.net will pro­vide a won­der­ful expe­ri­ence for bloggers.

Unique Blog Features

Want­ing to pro­vide a very easy source of infor­ma­tional tips and tricks to quickly increase unique blog­ging, we came up with a few unique fea­tures for the blog.  Let me explain how they will ben­e­fit you and let you explore the fea­tures for yourself.

Short Posts

In order to make unique blog an easy resource for blog­gers we decided to make its posts very short.  The posts come from over 6 cat­e­gories and are all only about 180 – 350 words. So the posts are meant to pack a lot of punch in an very brief read.

We did this so our read­ers (who we love) could use it as a quick way to browse new tips left by the authors of the blog.  We felt like Blo­gus­sion very nicely han­dles top­ics that require more dis­cus­sion and Unique Blog would very nicely com­pli­ment it with short and pow­er­ful posts. Espe­cially since we have dis­cussed the impor­tance of both short vs. long posts.

Many blog­gers like quickly gaz­ing over posts to get new and valu­able infor­ma­tion about top­ics they might already know a lit­tle about.  With Unique Blog you now can.

Link Build­ing Oppor­tu­ni­ties for You

We love help­ing our read­ers as well, so we are offer­ing a unique way to build back­links to your blog.  The best part is that you can do it in the same time as watch­ing the tv dur­ing a com­mer­cial break!  Unique Blog is allow­ing con­trib­u­tors to blog about spe­cific tips or tools they have found to make a unique blog.  After you write your brief arti­cle, we will post it and you have another link to your blog!

Con­tri­bu­tion require­ments are pretty sim­ple.  Write a high qual­ity post between 180 — 350 words on a very spe­cific way to cre­ate a unique blog.  Then put together a one sen­tence byline for the post that may con­tain your name, link to your blog, and a link to your favorite social media con­tact page (twit­ter, etc.).  No affil­i­ate links will be accepted as well as no links to spam sites.  We will be check­ing where the links are point­ing to so please don’t get black listed from con­tribut­ing because you try to get away with a bad link.

Once the arti­cle is writ­ten, byline pro­duced, then just go to our Contributor’s page and sub­mit it in the con­tact form pro­vided.  You will need to put in your Name, email address, web­site (optional) and then the body of your arti­cle and byline.  If you have any notes that you would like to include in the sub­mis­sion then please make it appar­ent that it is sep­a­rate from the guest post.  The process will be made eas­ier over time, but this is the cur­rent process for sub­mit­ting.  It is extremely easy and in 5 – 10 min­utes you could have one or two great back­links to your blog.

Unique blog is per­haps the eas­i­est way to guest post online.
