As with all SEO stories, Site Validation is another aspect that is handled differently by different SEO Preachers (I do not call them Experts! lol). No matter what the beliefs, validating your site will not hurt. In fact, it might benefit you, if the SE’s really consider your coding when ranking your site.

When I started my blog, I took the extra effort to choose a theme that is 100% validated. Moreover, I occasionally check my sites using the “W3C Markup Validator” and correct any errors and exceptions it throws up.
