Blogging is a very tough job. You need to do a lot of research, writing and understating. It takes hardship and loyalty to bring your blog to high standards. So, you must know on how to cut short your work using tips and tweaks. These tips and tweaks are like super fuel to your blogging careers.

Speaking of research and writing, most of the bloggers around the world use Mozilla Firefox for blogging activities. I have compiled a few plugins that I use to make my blogging job easier.

Editors Note: If you don’t use Firefox, we suggest you download Firefox now. Not only will this post be useless to you if you don’t have it, but you will never get the satisfaction of seeing what it really means to “surf the web.” without it!

Using this data you can know what you can do clinch that top spot for a keyword.

I’m also a FireFox user, and I’m not going back to Internet Explorer!

I like WordPress because of all the plugins it has that makes is so much better, the same thing goes with FireFox.

If you are a bit more techie on coding like I am, you’ll want to add HTML Validator plugin and Firebug to your arsenal.

Obviously HTML Validator will analyze the page you are surfing in details be it yours or the one of another site, great ways to clean up your code.

CSS is absolutely great, but sometimes it can really be a pain to know which class has which effect and where it is in your stylesheet, Firebug shows you in real time which part of the code is concerned, amazing!

Firefox FTW! I’ve been using IETab for some time now – and before I only opened IE for Windows Update; but now I’m relieved of that IE-pain too! It’s such a great browser overall and I’m sure you agree with me too, Nicholas :P

I’ve been using FireBug almost since the same day I started using FF but the HTML Validator is something that will come in handy – thanks for the heads up!

I just arrived on this blog that looks very good.

Firefox is a must have for me. It is more than a simple browser because you can tweak it to suit your very own needs.

Some of my favorite addons are:

Pixlr – for screen grabs and image editing.
Twitterbar – post right away from address bar.
SearchStatus – Display the Google, Alexa and Compete rankings for the current page.

Thanks for the recommendations! I’m looking for SeoQuake and FireFTP.

Twitterbar sounds pretty useful. I may look into that one.

I’ve been playing around with PixIr for almost an hour now! This is pretty fun, a lot like Firefox’s other plugin; PicLens (or was it PicLense?)

Jomag May 2, 2009 at 12:19 am

Oh yeah! Pixlr works like a breeze I don’t have to open photoshop again and again for fast editing. And PicLens is a funny one too!

Some of the tools you mentioned are indeed great help to bloggers, such as:
* IE Tab – now I do not have to wait for my bulky IE to open and load the pages and in the process, consume a hell lot of bandwidth.
*Read It Later – bookmarking is good, but I occasionally forget to revisit a bookmarked site, due to lack of time wading through the bookmarked sites.

Great post and great writing style :)
