guerillamailHave you ever come across a website or a sign-up form – that is hungrily awaiting to munch down your email address? Maybe this site doesn’t have the most lucratively designed layout hence your gut feeling is – “DON’T TRUST IT” but then again the offer that lies behind this email disclosure sounds sweeter than sugar?

Well, personally I’ve been faced with that dilemma about 9 or 10 times over the last few months. I remember the first time it happened because just 3 hours later I had more junk email than all my other email combined.

It was hell. I spent about 5 hours just sorting through and deleting all the junk. Then spent another solid 1 or 2 hours trying to get my email removed from their shameful mailing spamming lists.

Giving your email to these kinds of offers can be a gamble between rewards and spam. So, only if there was a way to create temporary and disposable email address within seconds right?

Super-Monkey To The Rescue!

cymbalmonkeyGuerrillaMail has been around for quite some time, however I feel like that this is one of those tools – that is popular yet there’s so many that don’t know about it. I’m sure there are many people that do utilize this tool, and some that even overuse it to a stage where they are dependent on the service.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, in fact some people might even take the extra measures to state that it’s better than some of the dedicated email services such as Windows Live Mail or GMail.

Now, you might say it’s a bit outrageous or even a bit ironic? Obviously there’s thousands upon thousands of hours and loads of money going into the development of corporate email services while this tool is nothing more than a free service. GuerrillaMail by no means should be compared to these giants but it offers an unique service that is very handy to many.

There’s no log-in or password required – just select your desired email and it will stay alive for exactly one hour. With automatic “refreshers” to receive email as they arrive, it’s one of the more useful features within is potentially useful tool. Serving to 5 different languages (Dutch, English, German, Polish and Spanish) and offering unlimited free email addresses – you might see why some people think it’s better to use this than submitting your real address to those online form predators.

In conclusion, If you don’t want to disclose your contact details and happened to be too lazy to make a new email – this service is just for you. Use GuerrillaMail to destroy SPAM once and for all!

UPDATE - GuerrillaMail 2.0 is just around the corner! You can subscribe to their legit mailing lists to be kept updated when it’s open to the public.

Ok, this just eliminated the need to make countless email accounts on those free email providers if i want to “test-subscribe” to a service. I never knew of these services until i read this blog post and as Leon stated that there are other services of this nature, I am gonna try some of them out. Inbox spam sometimes becomes a nightmare; thanks for bringing these spam busters out to the public. :)

No worries Richael, like I’ve said before that these things – many people know about about it more people don’t. Sometimes, people know of it but don’t use it :O

This might be handy for a person for personal or specific use but take the case of a person who wants a permanent mail id without any spam. What can one do about it? Spamming is a curse and I too once received not more that 600 mails in one day and the rest time I spent the other day was remove the mails from my inbox.
It is better not to submit your mail id at any such site or ad,it could be a waste of your time.
